A suite has basic facilities you need. The beds are comfy and the staff is helpful and amicable. The location of the venue is amazing, so close to bus station. Don't forget to explore Morelia Historic Centre district. Strongly recommend this hotel, I would come back for sure.

i loved a safe, multi-channel television, and a mini-fridge-bar in the spacious room. the bed was extremely comfy, i had a perfect sleep. location: the hotel was near bus station. the amicable staff gave good recommendations.

The hotel was located so close to bus station. All the employees were friendly and smiled at me. The location was good and great - ease of access to Museum of Colonial Art. It also was in the middle of jackson. I liked it, have never been in a better venue😀👌

We recently had an exceptional experience staying at a hotel in a central location with a lovely, Hacienda-style building and beautiful rooms. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and made us feel welcomed with our pets. They even offered fresh orange juice, coffee, and pastries in the morning. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Additionally, the hotel had a common space with table sets, perfect for relaxing after a bike ride.

We found it inconvenient to have to wait for staff to open the gate instead of having a key to do it ourselves.

Had a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a mini fridge bar, and a microwave oven in my apartment. The location was good, at walking distance from Museo Casa Natal de Morelos.

Our room was right next to reception and it was extremely noisy. It was hard to sleep or have any privacy.
